Associate Vice President and Director of Athletics Sean Sullivan and Alumni Association President Carrie Grundmayer, B.A. 1996, were proud to induct the newest members of the CUA Hall of Fame on Jan. 30, 2016. At the end of January, the Alumni Association welcomed back ## "CUA sweethearts” to campus for a vow renewal ceremony. The Mass, led by the Alumni Association’s National Chaplain Father Jim Sabak, O.F.M., B.A. 1985, M.A. 2003, Ph.D. 2012, was focused on marriage as a journey of faith. Recent Gifts
The John F. Muldoon, Ph.D., Endowed Fund in Psychology was established in the Department of Psychology through a generous gift from Mary E. Muldoon in honor of her husband who passed away last January. She and Dr. Muldoon, B.A. 1964, M.A. 1953, met at CUA and were married for 60 years. Dr. Muldoon had a long, distinguished career in mental health administration. The fund will be used to support psychological research.

Advancement recently received an unexpected bequest from the Trust of Barbara McCafferty. The estimated amount is between $825,000 and $850,000 and has no restrictions. Dr. McCafferty received her B.A. in biology from CUA in 1960.

Dan and Joan Strishock have donated a bronze sculpture of the Kennedy children, Joseph Jr., Rosemary, and John. The sculpture is now on display on the first floor of the John K. Mullen of Denver Memorial Library, by the May Gallery. There will be a celebratory lunch and unveiling in April.

The Hattie Strong Foundation continues providing support to students in the Department of Education with another grant of $10,000, providing two $5,000 scholarships.

The Tatjana Grgich Foundation will make a grant of $10,000 to help landscaping efforts for Curley Hall.

This month, Tom Snedeker donated $50,000 to create an additional charitable gift annuity in honor of his wife Mary Snedeker, M.S.M, 1966. They are 101 and 90 years old, respectively, and are pleased to designate this gift – their sixth – for the Dean's Discretionary Fund for the School of Nursing.
