    How HHS Case Plays Out is Anybody's Guess

    John Garvey, University President, published an op-ed in the Wall Street Journal on upcoming Supreme Court cases on the HHS contraceptive mandate. That op-ed was referenced in a National Review story. He was also interviewed by the Daily Signal and National Catholic Register on the case. He was interviewed by Crux in May after the ruling was announced. Elise Italiano, University spokesperson, was quoted in stories on the rally outside the court the day of the hearings. President Garvey and Mark Rienzi, associate professor, law, appeared on Fox News' Kelly File the night after the oral arguments. Rienzi also appeared on Fox News' America's News HQ panel. Robert Destro, professor, law, was quoted in an Our Sunday Visitor story about possible "creative" solutions to court case.
