Introducing Our New Faculty

CUA welcomes 20 new tenure-track faculty members for the 2010–2011 academic year. This diverse group of educators comes from across the nation, and as far away as China, Venezuela and Egypt.

Their credentials are impressive, and their research interests include sustainable and affordable housing; new media and nationalism; psychometric measurement; and hand biomechanics. Their hobbies are just as interesting and wide-ranging, including canoeing, making jewelry and wine tasting.

The new faculty members were welcomed at the fall faculty luncheon on Sept. 14 that featured remarks by Provost James Brennan and President John Garvey. Please extend your own warm welcome to each of these new members of the CUA community.
