"CUA On the Move"
With the holidays – and their associated food and festivities – on the way, CUA's "fitness czar" is launching a new initiative to help the campus community get and stay in shape. Training Theologians to Teach
With help from a new $70,000 grant, the School of Theology and Religious Studies is offering specialized training sessions for its graduate students, offering instruction and individual coaching on how to improve their teaching methods. The program benefits undergraduate students as well as graduate scholars headed for a career in the classroom. See story.

Christmas Concert for
Charity Set for Dec. 2
This year's 17th Annual Christmas Concert for Charity, to be held at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 2, at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception, will benefit SOAR (Save Our Aging Religious), a group dedicated to securing the future for elderly members of Catholic religious congregations in the United States. Details on the concert will be posted at www.cua.edu in mid-November.
